2015 challenge 2: TBR Pile Reading Challenge

My TBR pile(s), yes I’m afraid there are more than just one, are getting higher and higher so I think this challenge will do just nicely.

The 2015 TBR Pile Reading Challenge is hosted by Bookish
TBR ChallengeAny genre, length, or format of book counts as long as it is a book that’s been sitting on your self for some time. Short stories and novellas do count! The only stipulations that the book must have been released in 2014 or earlier. No 2015 ARCs or 2015 fresh-off-the-press releases allowed.

How many books are you planning to read for this challenge?
1-10 A Firm Handshake
11-20 A Friendly Hug
21-30 First Kiss
31-40 Sweet Summer Fling
41-50 Could This Be Love?
50+ Married with Children

If I count all my TBR books I’ll probably end up with 50+. But I know myself far to well, there is always some shiny new book that will distract me, so I’ll be content with A Firm Handshake but try to achieve A Friendly Hug.

Are you are like me, with to many books gathering dust and just waiting to be read, maybe this challenge will be that famous kick in the butt you (I) need.

For signup go to Bookish and read more how, where and the whatnot.

  1. I’m all signed up and I’m even doing the read along! Hopefully I can put a big dent in my bookshelf this year!

    • Sorry for not replying 😦 the days just disappeared these last weeks for me.
Anyhow, don’t know if I’ll do the read along…maybe that is a good idea…
But fingers cross that all those piles will shrink into nothingness this year, or at least be a bit smaller!

      • Bit smaller is a good idea! That’s what I’m hoping for. It’s okay about being late to replying. My wordpress doesn’t tell me when people respond for some reason. I can’t wait to see what books you’ve knocked out in your TBR Pile!
